    If you call internationally without using the Access Number first, your mobile service provider will bill you for the call.

    You should be able to start using it within 24 hours unless you order on the weekend, then it will be available the next business day.

  3. Can I get this plan on my home phone too?

    Yes! If you subscribe to this plan on your home phone, you may add up to 4 mobile lines at no additional cost. From home it would be direct dial, you will not need to dial into an access number.

  4. Can I pay for this with my wireless provider bill?

    No, sorry. We bill by credit card only and will send you a separate paper statement showing the exact duration of your calls, when and where you called to.

    Yes! You may use Everdial mobile at any time of the day or night!

  9. Are there any hidden fees?

    No. Everdial mobile is proud to offer you incredibly low rates without slamming you with hidden fees/charges!! The only charges you will see other than the calls that you've made, will be a monthly fee of $1.95 plus a 9.2% USF charge of all international calls.

  10. What does USF fee mean?

    All telecommunications carriers are required to contribute to the Federal Universal Service Fund (also known as USF) which provides communications services to schools, rural health care facilities, and certain other entities. The Federal Universal Service Fee is assessed on interstate and international calls only. A USF of 9.5% will apply to all state-to-state & international calls. It is charged on your monthly statement.

    No. You are billed strictly per minute, beginning with the first minute.

    You will begin to be charged our per-minute rate once the party you are calling picks up the call, or you reach voicemail or an answering machine.
