    No, because you are letting it ring once and hanging up before the call is answered-therefore no charge.

  3. Is there a monthly charge or minimum usage policy for Everdial Back?

    There is no minimum usage on the first line.
    On each additional line, there is a minimum of $15 usage per billing telephone number.
    If you exceed the minimum usage of $15 per line on any one or all lines, the minimum is not charged. For example, a Hungarian customer with three Everdial Back lines has a minimum charge of $30 total for all lines (first line is free for Hungary, $15 minimum for each additional line). If the customer usage exceeds $30 per month for all lines, no minimum is charged to this customer.

  5. What are the billing increments for Everdial Back?

    There is a 30 second initial charge and billed in 6 second increments thereafter.
    Example: Lets say you made a call from Belgium to U.S. which costs .10 per minute. If you stayed on the phone only 30 seconds, the call would only cost .05. If you stayed on 36 seconds, the call would cost .06 USD.

  6. Who provides the services for Everdial Back?

    Everdialback is an agent for Primus; Everdialback is a product name and all Everdialback callback services are provided by Primus Telecommunications Inc. In accordance, you will be billed directly by Primus Telecommunications Inc.

  7. Does it cost more to call from a cell or mobile phone?

    Usually it costs a little more per minute. (See rate table) If no mobile rate is indicated for your country, then the land line rate will be the same as the mobile rate.

  8. How does the system know which number to call me back at?

    It calls you back at the number you originally signed up to be your service number(s).

  9. Can I use this service while traveling internationally?

    Everdial Back service is designed to use from any phone you have signed up. It is not something you can change at random.
    If you have an international mobile phone, then you may sign that up as a service number.
