When you sign up for everdial Eastern Europe, you will automatically be sent a
Calling Card with a domestic rate of just 12¢ cents per minute plus a 50¢
connection fee per call. If calling from a payphone, a 35¢ payphone surcharge
will apply. Paper billing has $3.50 administration fee. However, credit card billing has no such fee.
Everdial will even pay your switching fee of up to $5 per line in the form of a
credit to your account. This plan is available to both residential customers
and business customers of any size. The USF is only 11.2% and is charged on
state-to-state and international calls only. There is no USF for instate calls.
