are billed in 6 second increments from the first 6 seconds. International calls

Paper billing customers will be charged a small $3.50 administration fee. If however, you elect Credit Card billing,

domestic rate of just 9.9¢ cents per minute, each calling card call has a 50¢ connection
fee plus a 65¢ payphone fee when you make calls from a payphone.
